COMMENTS:
The materials for the Monte Carlo experiments are included in the .\dta
subdirectory.  Create any working directory and copy the materials into 
it.  The file bigjob.log contains the log of the execution on an RS/6000.
You can rerun the simulations for youself by entering Stata with the copied
materials in the current directory and typing "do bigjob".  Depending upon
the speed of your computer, this may take a considerable amount of time.
