Change the notefile [STB-14: os10] ------------------- ^notefile^ [ [path]filename ] changes the notefile, the file to which the ^addnote^ command adds brief comments. If ^notefile^ is typed with no argument, it displays the name of the current notefile. Unless you specify the path along with the filename, ^notefile^ and ^addnote^ assume that the notefile is in the current subdirectory. As a consequence, if you change directories during a Stata session, additional ^addnote^ commands will create a new notefile in the new directory. This behavior actually has some logic to it, since many users organize their different projects in different subdirectories. Author ------ Bill Rising Kentucky Medical Review Organization P.O.
