Add a note to the note file [STB-14: os10] --------------------------- ^addnote^ [text-of-note] adds a line to the current notefile. This command allows you to jot down quick notes during a Stata session without using an editor. Its main use is for accumulating questions and observations when using new software or examining new data sets. The default filename is ^notes.not^ in the current directory.
