Use standard in1 installation instructions. From inside Stata, on-line
help is available.  Type 'help nlfcns'.

The nl command itself, if not already installed, will be automatically 
installed when you install the official CRC updates into Stata's ado 
directory.

Note:  This entry is an update of sg1.4 on STB-11.  It is not necessary, 
       however, to have previously installed sg1.4.  All programs and 
       help files contained in the original insert are duplicated here.
