Copy the file HPREDICT.EXE to any directory in your executable path.

HPREDICT.EXE is identical to PREDICT.EXE except that it has been compiled
with the Metaware C compiler and linked with the Pharlap DOS extender.
Thus, see sbe2.1 for documentation on the use of HPREDICT.EXE.
