	^smtwice^ datavar smthvar finsmth


Description
-----------

^smtwice^ calcules rough from 4253eh, smoothes rough values and add the result
to smthvar to produce finsmth (final smoothed values by 4253eh,twice).
^finrough^ is created to assess the model, ^timendx^ is created to serve as 
an index for the graph that appears on screen once the calculations have 
finished. The numerical results can be recalled by the list command.

the graph of observed and smooth twiced values vs. timendx appears on screen

the numerical results of the twicing are showed on screen
