From inside Stata, on-line help is available.  Type 'help sktestd'.

In addition, materials used for STB article are in \sg3\monte (i.e., the 
subdirectory monte of the directory in which this file resides).  If you 
wish to experiment with this material, make a trash directory and copy 
the materials from the \sg3\monte directory to it.  It is not necessary to 
install sktestd to experiment with these materials.

Assuming you are inside Stata with the newly-copied trash directory as your
current directory, typing "do doit" will produce all the results reported 
in STB-sg3.  You are warned, doit took just over 5 hours on a DECstation 
3100 running Ultrix, a fast computer.  

The experimental materials in \sg3\monte are NOT supported.  Any questions 
or comments should be directed back to the STB as an insert.
