You want code to reproduce "as I did it". That's the vaguest
description of a procedure I've read in a long time, and there's stiff
competition.

What formula, algorithm, recipe are you using? I wondered about "mean
of other firms in same sector and year" but the first value 4.7 does
not match the only available value, 4.6, so either that's not it or
your example can't be believed, so I stop there.
