To clarify the question, the related paper is 'Wage Inequality and Rise in Returns to Skill' by Juhn, Murphy and Pierce (1993). Given an example, I want to graph the log wage change in the 10th percentile between the years 2000 and 2005, but I should do  it for all percentiles of the wage distribution which is confusing for me.
