Dear  all,
I have a cohort of diseased people distributed over a term 12 months.
That is, I do have two time-series.
That is, I observe the number of people with the disease, but not those
without the disease. That is, I have the  A.
I have the total number of people available in the country i.e., C+D,
but I do not observe its components of the total i.e., C, D.
Without doing any imputation, importing exogenous information thru
literature, how best could I estimate the RR, OR and their corresponding
95%CIs?
