Dear All,
Would you please be so kind as to advise me on the following issue
regarding data management, as I am novice user with STATA, I would be
most grateful.
I have a variable YEAR of BIRTH and want to create a dummy variable
taking the value 1 if the individual was born in a LEAP year and 0
otherwise.
I would really appreciate your time and expertise on this matter.
