I would like to estimate a multilevel model on a binary outcome using a dataset that has a complex survey design. The model is a random intercept model with two levels, with covariates on both levels.

In stata 13, both xtmelogit and gsem do not support the svy prefix command. Is there another command to do this?

Thanks in advance.
Guillermo
