Thanks to Kit Baum, a new version of -mergepoly- is now available from
SSC. To install, type:
ssc install mergepoly
This is a substantial revision with a new co-author (Michael
Stepner,[email protected]). The new version can handle several
corner cases (literally) that the original version could not. There's
also a new -by()- option to merge polygons by attribute groups.
