Dear Statalisters,

I am estimating the impact of ceo_compensation on firm performance
condition on whether ceo is on the board using a fe regression below
with two groups (e.g. ceo on board or not)

xtreg firm_performance ceo_compensation other_control if ceo_board=0, fe
xtreg firm_performance ceo_compensation other_control if ceo_board=1, fe

Now I want to compare the coefficient on ceo_compensation between two
groups. That is, whether the coefficient of one group is significantly
higher/lower than other group.

Can anyone suggest an easy way of comparing coefficients on
ceo_compensation between two groups

Thanks
