No, and that is a good thing. You will need to choose the distribution
you want to fit, and than there are many programs in Stata that can
help you find the best fitting parameters of that distribution. The
choice of distribution will always have to be made (and justified) by
the researcher. This is a responsibility that can not be delegated to
some automagic process (typo intentional).

So, which distribution do you want to fit?
