My guess is that if there is a report

insufficient observations to compute bootstrap standard errors

the problem is

insufficient observations to compute bootstrap standard errors

-- which is nothing to do with -postfile-.

Alternatively, show us your revised code.  If you can, show us your
dataset, or a dataset with which the reported error is reproducible.
On the face of it, the dataset is too small, or there is some problem
with missing values.
