Thanks for those links. It tool me a while to digest them, but I think
they proved very helpful.

I believe the following code calculates the AME of the
binary-continuous interaction:

margins r.vote, dydx(logptax) predict(pmarg1) at(logptax=(6(.5)7.5)) force
