st: Measuring spatial dependence in panel data/ Moran's I for panel data

Dear Statalist users,

Does anybody know about a measure of spatial dependence in panel data,
similar to Moran's I? I use the Moran's I for cross-sections, but I
could not find any equivalent of Moran's I for panel data.
