I guess you don't have much chance of a detailed reply here, for
various reasons.
This is a repeated question. See comments made very recently about
such repeated questions at

1. -movestay- is a user-written command (SJ), as you are asked to
explain. Perhaps not many know about it.
2. The authors of -movestay- don't appear to be members of Statalist.
3. Most importantly, -movestay- is the subject of an article and
-heckman- the subject of a lengthy entry in the manual. I don't think
anyone would be tempted to write you a long tutorial explaining what
the difference is. Why should they? They can have no idea of what you
seek precisely.
So, you really need to ask specific questions to have a chance of
specific answers. There might be people on the list who have used
-movestay- and can answer questions about it, but if so they kept
quiet first time round.
