Dear Stata Users,
I need to install the ?scottlong? ado file (Stata 12, all updated). However,
I get always the error message: ?file
http://www.indiana.edu/~jslsoc/stata/scottlong/stata2pvd/stata2pvd.sthlp not
found?.
Is the package not available anymore? Can anyone help?
