st: Interpretation of Stochastic frontier coefficients

I have run a stochastic frontier model in stata. Am requesting for
help in interpreting the coefficients of the out shown below.

		                 Coefficient	z	P>z
Region	Central*			
	       Eastern	4.87	           4.46	0.00**
	      Northern	5.42	           4.21	0.00**
	      Western	4.11	           3.72	0.00**
