Yes indeed.

catplot rep78, yticks(5(10)25) var1opts(label(ticks))

But there is no mystery about this. -catplot- either has its own
options (which are documented at -help catplot-) or can be used to
call options of -graph bar- or -graph dot-. For such details, look at
the help.
