Wishes for added functionality in plugins

1. Ability to issue Stata commands from within a plugin, like how Stata commands can be issued from Mata using the stata() function 2. Access to input from the command box in raw form (i.e., without white space stripped from the beginning and end) 3. Ability to obtain the name of a variable using its index
