What would "direct to [MS E]xcel"? mean? You can -graph export- graphs
in various file formats that MS Excel can read. Otherwise you can copy
graphs via the Windows clipboard (I guess that you are using MS
WIndows).
Similar comments apply to [MS W]ord.
-file- is not applicable to graph files.
