Dear Statalisters,
I am playing around with time dependent variates and have a data set in the following format:
id record_no time event
6 1 1 0
6 2 15 1
7 1 5 0
7 2 30 1
8 1 10 0
8 2 10 1
In order to -stset- my data I cannot have two equal times for the same patient (as per patient 8 above). Is there a straight-forward way of adding, say, 0.1 to the second observation for all patients with two identical times?
