About point 3, the warning I get reads: "Warning: regressor matrix for
_mp_cmp_y2 equation appears ill-conditioned. (Condition number =
38.954431.)
This might prevent convergence. If it does, and if you have not done
so already, you may need to remove nearly
collinear regressors to achieve convergence. Or you may need to add a
nrtolerance(#) or nonrtolerance option to the comm
> and line. "
I get this warning after table 2 3 and 4 (not for all the other
tables, i.e. 1 , 5 6 7 and 8)
