Dear Statalisters

I'm wondering if anyone could suggest Stata code to carry out the following analyses using xtnbreg and xtgee commands:

1. Extract Pearson residuals and plot them against expected values for a random effects negative binomial model (xtnbreg, re) and a negative binomial generalised estimating equation model (xtgee, family(nb)).

2. Extract random effects estimates for clusters from a random effects negative binomial model (xtnbreg, re).

Thanks for your consideration,

Kelly Clarke
