Good afternoon

A colleague of mine is producing a systematic review on , verbal autopsy studies to help identify deaths due to non communicable diseases in pregnant women and women of reproductive age. There is therefore just the estimates ( and possibly the sample size that the estimate was derived from and confidence interval). What she would like to do is to combine the mortality rates and produce an associated funnel plot of each of the study results and the combined result. She has looked at using the meta analysis within stata but is not sure if this is the correct procedure to use, as she has used meta anlaysis before but only with a control and intervention group,

Can someone advise if it is possible to do what she wants to do in stata??? And if not suggest an alternative

Thanks in advance ann
