Cathy Antonakos <cathya(at)umich(dot)edu> points out that the formulas
referred on
http://www.stata.com/support/faqs/stat/subpopulation-estimation.html#tech

were missing. There was a missing link on this webpage, which we have already
fixed. Cathy may want to reload the page, where the formulas will now be present.
