With thanks as usual to Kit Baum, updates of -ivreg2- and -ranktest-
(Baum/Schaffer/Stillman/Kleibergen) are available from ssc in the usual
way.
The updates fix a bug in -ranktest- that would cause it to crash if the
user specified two-way clustering and more than 1 endogenous regressor.
The updates also move some of the Mata code into a shared Mata library
called livreg2.mlib.
Users should update both -ivreg2- and -ranktest-.
