Dear List members

I am looking for Stata commands to perform a meta-analysis on single-group pre-post studies (i.e. there is no control group) on continuous measures where I want to test whether the pooled effect size (e.g. mean difference) is different from 0. Stata command 'metan' seems to require 2 groups, when I only have one group (pre-post design). Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Warm regards
