Thanks to Kit Baum, a new command, -igencox-, is now available on SSC.  The
-igencox- command fits non-proportional hazards survival models using
logarithmic or Box-Cox transformations via the EM algorithm described in Zeng
and Lin (2006, 2007).  Stata 12 is required.

-igencox- can be installed from a web-aware Stata by typing

  . ssc install igencox
