i would like to know how to include pseudo R-squared in output table.
"pr2" in the example does not work.

The help for every command shows you what is accessible afterwards.
For help probit, it shows

    e(r2_p)             pseudo-R-squared

so you don't need to guess what Stata calls it. Just look it up.
