Try the following example:

sysuse auto
nbreg rep78 price mpg
estadd expb
estout, cells(b(star fmt(2)) se(par fmt(2)) expb (par([ ]))) 
drop(lnalpha:) stats(N ll chi2, fmt(%8.0f %8.2f))
