Also check out the -adoupdate- command, as it provides a convenient means of keeping all your downloaded programs up to date. (But be careful if you are using an older version of Stata. It is possible that the most current version of a program is written for Stata 12 and you only have Stata 11. In such instances, authors often provide the old version of the program under a new name.)
