Older user-written post-estimation commands sometimes get zapped when a later version of Stata changes ereturned results. You can often solve the problem by running the estimation command under version control. So, if everything was working fine under Stata 10.1, you might try something like
version 10.1: logit y x1 x2 x3
outreg2 ...
