Hello all,
Is there a Stata utility to read "Area Resource File" (2007 version). I did search/findit but didn't get any hits.
http://www.arf.hrsa.gov releases the ARF file. I have the asc file but not with any codebook.
I saw that Emory.edu has already translated the file into Stata format but only for Emory.edu affiliates.
