Thanks to Kit Baum, -dlist- has been updated on SSC. To see what -dlist- does, type
. ssc desc dlist
-- or know that it is a kind of hybrid of -describe- and -list-. Robert Wells reported that it was not working as advertised w.r.t. long variable labels; I found and corrected the bug in -dlist- and in -duplist- in the same package.
The package requires Stata 8.2.
