I hope this response is not somewhat irritating.

As much as I know, if you get data from WDI, you can obtaint the same
data with proper colomns and rows as we desire. All is what to do is
to arrange the data online via Beyond 20/20 or World Bank new format
to be downloaded.

And rest of the discussion is left over for the experts and my
teachers in Stata.
