The error message means exactly what it says.
As far as I can see, the user-written program -mixlogit- does not have a cluster option.

I have the follow problem, when I run the mixedlogit command, appears
this message:

mixlogit choice xi_cero alfa4_cero del180_cero per_cero xi_uno
alfa4_uno del180_uno per_uno, group(time) id(newid) rand(cero uno)
nrep(50) cluster(newid);
option cluster() not allowed;
r(198);
