All,

I am working with imputed data (M=20). I would like to do one- and two-way anova. However, unlike for regression analysis (e.g., -mi estimate: regress-) there does not seem to be a command set for conducting anova across multiple datasets resulting from multiple imputation (-mvn-). I am aware of -mibeta- to attain additional regression estimates. Has anyone written a program for using anova across multiply imputed data?

Best,

Mosi
