st: language in value labels

Dear Statalisters!

I have recently switched from Stata10 to Stata11 and concurrently from
Windows to Mac. Now having trouble setting the language for value labels.

I am using a survey that has some var labels in English and some in Russian
Currently, when I tab the var that has Russian value labels I have the
following:
