Hello,
I am trying to get a command or a programme in STATA that could perform the two steps of double hurdle model as one command rather than first doing probit regression to model market participation and then truncated regression to model intensity of participation. A search from archives shows an earlier response to similar question in 2009 giving a link which is currently not active. A stata Journal paper by McDowell (2003) gives details of the commands that could be used but the last part of the commands is not working. Furthermore, the McDowell's commands are based on a Poisson model. Any advise, reference or link is highly welcome.

Regards
Wachira
