Unfortunately, the output is extremely hard to read, at least on my machine. Are you sure the models are identical? At a minimum, the variables seem to be getting listed in a different order, which makes me wonder if the commands are actually the same.

It appears you are using the cluster option on the -regress- command, and Michael was not, so maybe that has something to do with the discrepancies.

Showing the actual code might be helpful.
