Hi Statlisters,
I am trying to convert some 5000 ids like:
129728016047866
160544769097502
into stata. This id file is in excel. When i used stat transfer to
export it into stata, it generated this in stata file:
1.297e+14
1.605e+14
How can I have the same id number in stata directly from excel or
convert exponential format into numeric values when data is in stata
??
