There are various likely reasons why no-one has replied previously to
this. Here are three possibilities, other than the time of year:

0. There is not enough information to enable anyone to add anything to
the error message quoted. The only thing you say about your
circumstances is that you have a non-stationary panel. There is
absolutely no detail on what you typed previously in Stata, as long
requested on this list.

1. No one recognised what was being referred to

-xtwest- is a user-written program from SJ, with a later version from
SSC. Please remember to specify where user-written programs you refer
to come from, as also long requested on this list.

2. The authors of this program, likely to be the most knowledgeable on
this subject, may not be members of the list.
