st: clustered errors in rank-ordered logistic regression (rologit)

Hi, 
I can't figure out whether rank-ordered logit clusters the errors for the "group" variable by default.  If not, is it possible to do it?

Also, why is it that only alternative-specific, but not group-specific, independent variables can be included in this regression?
