I'm having trouble exporting my first-stage results with ivreg, first. 
When I do eststo and then esttab, only the second-stage result is 
exported, despite specifying the first option.

I noticed that there is a similar thread which advised to use ivreg2. I 
tried that, but my version of stata (9.2) doesn't let me use it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
