Dear Martin,
Thanks for your answer.
Which tell me the following:
(1)
. which xtivreg2
c:\ado\plus\x\xtivreg2.ado
*! xtivreg2 1.0.11 17Mar2010
*! author mes
(2)
. which ivreg2
C:\Logiciels\Stata10\ado\base\ivreg2.ado
*! ivreg2 2.1.21 5Feb2007
*! authors cfb & mes
*! cloned from official ivreg version 5.0.9 19Dec2001
*! see end of file for version comments
I deleted the ivreg2 2.1.21 5 feb2007 and install a new version.
Which give me now

. which ivreg2
c:\ado\plus\i\ivreg2.ado
*! ivreg2 3.0.04 24Apr2010
*! authors cfb & mes
*! see end of file for version comments
With this I have been successfull.
Thanks a lot
Fulbert
