I imagine you mean simultaneously. It is not out of the question, but it
can be a very bad idea. Be especially wary of saving changes to the
dataset. 

It is usually a better idea, if you are pushed for time, to get things
running while you are away from your computer(s).

is it ok to run two STATA sessions on the same dataset? I am not
modifying anything just running models
